Michael "Musky" Muscarella

October 27, 1952 - April 26, 2022

On Tuesday April 26,2022 Michael Lee Muscarella Passed away in Huntington Beach California, in the comfort of his own home, taking his last breath holding his wife Debra’s hand. Mike battled several illnesses over for 4 long years. A tragic fall and kidney failure as well as cancer took his life at the end. Mike was born on October 27, 1952 in Santa Monica California, born to Robert Peter Muscarella and Patricia Noreen Patrick. He then moved to Long Beach, Newport beach and his most recent home in Huntington Beach for the last 26 years. Mike attended Cleveland HS in Reseda Ca. and Pierce College in Canoga Park. Mike’s career consisted in 30 years in medical sales starting with HP Healthcare solutions, then moved onto Marquette Medical systems who later became GE Medical. He then finished his career at a company called All Safe Pools where he loved selling safety equipment and “saving lives”. Some of Mikes passions were playing golf with Buddies. He loved all sports, including ocean fishing, tennis, snow skiing and biking down the strand. He loved to travel, camping in Mammoth Lake fishing, but ultimately Mike was most comfortable at home watching TV in his big chair eating Debra’s cooking. He so loved hanging out with friends BBQing and watching sports on TV. Mike also shared many years with his wife enjoying his car club with their 1972 Ford ranchero and all the car club events and friends. Michael, a bachelor for most of his life finally found his true love and married Debra Meadows in Maui Hawaii on November 6, 2016. They were together for 13 years and 30+ years as friends. Mike was stepfather and friend to Debra’s 3 children, Tara, Chad (Rachel) and Jonathon (Sarah). Plus 13 grandchildren; Haley, Kylee, Alexis, Taylor, Carson, Harley, Cash, Kain, Skylynn, Stone, Steel, Maverick, Rhett. Mike is also survived by his half brothers and Sisters: Patricia (Ron) Danny (Maggie), Becky and Sandy. Younger Brother Mark passed in 2019. Several nieces and nephews who loved uncle Musky; Ben, Matt, Zach, Rachael, Jared, Mellissa (Mark), Greg (Carrie), Rose (Zeb), David (Virginia) as well as 3 great nieces and 4 great nephews. Rest in peace my sweet husband, save a place for me and all that loved you. Until we meet again, you will forever live in my heart.
