Andre Javardian 'AJ', 63, of Mission Viejo, passed away on Wednesday April, 12th 2017 at St. Joseph Health Mission Hospital in Mission Viejo from a sudden heart attack.
Andre was a beloved husband, father, grandfather, brother, uncle, cousin and friend to many.He leaves his wife Sheree Javardian of Mission Viejo; children Amy Payne, Joshua Gruber and wife 'Shellsea Gruber', Justin Gruber, Tarah Gruber, grandchildren Nikko, Cora, Harris Gruber and Charlie Orr, brother Greg Javardian and wife 'Maria Javardian', his nephew Gregory Javardian and nieces Alexis and Ani Javardian and much loved dog Sassyfras 'Sassy'.Preceded in death by his father, Andre Javardian and mother Virgina (Chapjian) Javardian.
Born December 29, 1953, in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
In his youth, Andre was a devout member of the Armenian Church and served as an Alter boy.Soaking up the sun during the summer months, the Jersey Shore was one of his favorite places as a child. In his years as a young adult, striving to become an actor, he headed west to California in 1976 crusing in his cherished baby blue 1970 Cadillac De Ville convertible. A true car and motorcyle afficionado, Andre's most loved past times were his coastal cruises and desert runs on his Harley Davidson. Lake Powell, Monument Valley, Sedona, Mexican Hat and many other places in Northern Arizona and Southern Utah were amongst his favorite road trips taken with friends and loved ones. When Andre wasn't hitting the pedal to the metal he could be found enjoying sports. A lover of the Philadelphia Eagles and true sports fanatic, Andre could always update anyone on the current stats and happenings in the sports world.
A consummate sales consultant, and part of the Mercedes Benz of Laguna Hills family since 1994, Andre was the recipient of many sales awards over the years. His vast career encompassed selling Datsun's to Ferrari's. Andre went above and beyond for his clients forming a loyal clientel base. He was a dependable and charistmatic collegue who was loved by all.
Andre's greatest pleasure in life was spending time with his granchildren. Young at heart, being around the children in his life brought him so much joy and he was truly adored by each one. Andre's pride was being a father, uncle and grandfather, always waiting for the opportunity to boast about the accomplishments of the younger ones in his life.
Compassionate, generous, kind and loving with a great sense of humor, Andre always enjoyed telling jokes. Chances are if Andre was around and you heard laughter it was becuase he was commanding the room with a witty joke or two. He was a loyal friend, loving husband, father, uncle, grandfather and animal lover.
Services will be held on Wednesday, April 19, 2017 at 11am at St. Mary Armenian Church, 148 22nd St., Costa Mesa, CA 92627.Visitation for friends will be held from 10 -11am.
