Anne T. Vardanian, a loving and devoted wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, daughter and sister, passed away on Sunday, March 9, 2014. Anne was born on June 16, 1925 in Marseilles, France, and came to the United States in 1926. She married Ara, the love of her life, in 1950 and together they had had six children. Anne was a talented and intelligent woman who had a passion for theatre and the fine arts. She had a great appreciation for the works of playwrights William Shakespeare and William Saroyan. Her love of literature and education was a true inspiration to her children and all the students whose lives she touched. Anne energetically pursued her Bachelor's, Master's, and Doctoral degrees while nurturing and supporting her children to fulfill their dreams and achieve their greatest potential.
She took great pride in the award winning theater department she founded and chaired at Mission Viejo High School for over 20 years. Her talent and vision repeatedly steered the course as she produced numerous musical and dramatic productions. Anne brought her talent as an accomplished actress as well as her technical and historical knowledge of the theater to the classroom and all of her beloved students.
Anne's children delighted in their charismatic and charming mother who taught them to treasure creativity and education and to positively live life with dignity and respect for all of mankind.
Anne is now with her parents and husband in Heaven's eternal peace. She leaves behind many close relatives, wonderful friends, dedicated students, and warm memories.
