Obituary
Antonia Madarang, loving mother and grandmother died at the age of 84 years old at Mission Hospital in Laguna Beach, California on Tuesday, January 19, 2021.
Antonia was born in the Philippines on May 4,1936 and grew up to become a nurse through attending the University of Santo Tomas in Manila, Philippines. When she immigrated to the United States, she worked as a caregiver at Bethesda Lutheran Community for more than 18 years until retirement.
Antonia is survived by her children: Marilou, Romeo, Alfredo, Leonard, and Larry; and by her grandchildren: Anthony, Donica, and Melosa. She is predeceased by her husband, Alberto; and by her daughter, Thelma.
Antonia will forever be remembered as a caring and generous woman who share her love and kindness with everyone she met. She will be deeply missed by her friends and family.
