Beverly Joan Elias (Bev), nee Galletti, was born July 29, 1931 in Luzerne, PA to Florence and Mauro Galletti.  She was 93 years old at her death which occurred on May 1, 2025 at the Vivante Assisted Living Facility in Costa Mesa, CA.  Beverly was married to L George Elias for 60 years.  George predeceased her on May 2, 2011. Beverly and George were longtime Newport Beach residents.  She was a loving mother to Diane, Debbi and Lori, her children, and to her 4 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren.  Beverly was an excellent seamstress, loved to read and was an avid card player.  She often said that "learning how to play Bridge" was written into her marriage vows.  Beverly traveled the world with George and continued to travel with her daughters up until recently.  She was very interested in genealogy and was a member of the Daughters of the American Revolution and the Mayflower Society.  Beverly belonged to St. Andrew's Presbyterian Church in Newport Beach where she served as a deacon.  No services are planned.
