Brian Edwin Bora was born March 4th, 1961, to Daniel and Ada Bora in Newport Beach, CA. He was the older brother to Dwayne and Brenda (2014).

Brian attended Corona Del Mar High School where he was involved in basketball, tennis and springboard diving. Brian bartended for years and loved the people he met at places like The Log Inn, The Moonraker and the Newport Beach Tennis Club, where he met Mel Bowman, who he would later work for before taking over his company in 2012.

Brian was married to Renne and they resided in Mission Viejo, CA. Brian took care of Renee for 24 years after her successful heart and lung transplant in 1990 from UCSD, before her untimely passing in 2014.

Brian loved Jesus, golf, good beer, the blues, guitars, and the World Champion Raiders.

Brian was a faithful member of Grace Hills Church where he served on the elder board and as a Stephens Minister for those dealing with tough life situations, also running sound for both church services as well as for the children's Vacation Bible School each summer.

Brian passed on November 16th, 2023, after a short bout with an interstitial lung disease. Brian leaves behind his mom Ada, dad Dan, brother Dwayne, niece Harper, nephew Mckay, business partner Johnny Brock, Johnny's daughters Ava and Georgia, best friend Warren Willaims, church family at Grace Hills and the many people whose lives he touched at BJ's Pizza Laguna Hills, Patsy's Mission Viejo and Costello's.

A Celebration of Life will be at Grace Hills Church, 24521 Moulton Pkwy Aliso Viejo, CA 92637, on Saturday, January 20th at 12noon.
