Carmen Elisa Grimaldi, aka Elisa and called Nena by her dear friends. She was born on July 18, 1941 and passed away on December 30, 2015 at the age of 74 in Mission Viejo. She is survived by her daughter and son Cesi and Luigi; grandchildren: Anthony, Andrew, Giuliana Pagano and Michel Michelucci; as well as her siblings: German Grimaldi and half sister Betty Grimaldi.
She was a recent resident of Mission Viejo, California.
Elisa loved cooking & baking, music, dancing & traveling. She enjoyed a full and happy childhood. She was popular and the center of attention and featured by print media often for her beauty and popularity. She married in 1961 and became a mother soon after. She dedicated her life to her children and making the most out of life. She was an adventurous soul and enjoyed many trips abroad. Her biggest adventure was an African Safari, an amazing experience! All her memories will be cherished and carried on forever.
She wished and hoped to get well and live a long life. God had a different plan for her and took her suddenly and sooner than we all expected. She passed of an unexpected heart attack at Mission Viejo Hospital, after being admitted to emergency.
