Caridad De Los Reyes, born March 8, 1929  passed away peacefully on Thursday, January 2, 2025. Caridad was lovingly known as Dading to her friends and relatives, and Mama to her children and grandkids.

Born to Amando and Florencia Reyes, she has 7 siblings, 6 children, 13 grandchildren and 3 great grand children. Caridad married Baldomero De Los Reyes on January 2, 1955. They have been happily married for 25 years until his untimely death at age 55. She is survived by her children Anita and son in law Michael. Daughter Melania and son in law Hermie and grandchildren Jenny, Alvin, Eanne, and Andrew. Her son Rolando and daughter in law Ruby, grandchildren Kim, Regi and Camille. Daughter Cynthia and son in law Rene, grandchildren Martin, Moncho and Paolo. Daughter Helen and grandchild Chiara. Daughter Lolita and son in law Rafael, grandchildren Gabriel and Joaquin. Her brother Amando Jr, and nephew Michael and his wife Tina.

She was a proud retired elementary school teacher for more than 30 years. She was known to be a strict teacher but well loved and respected by everyone.

Her greatest pleasure in life was to spend time with her family especially interacting with her grandchildren. Her visit home to the Philippines was always special to her. She also loved to play the slot machines in the casino, her word search games, watching her favorite TV shows on Filipino channel and her love of gardening. She loved to go places and eat out with the family. She was a proud grandmother and was with her grandchildren to celebrate their college graduation, and any special occasion that needs a celebration. She was kind, witty, funny when she wants to be and have a great smile.

She was loved, a blessing to all of her family,  and will be greatly missed.

A private family service will be held Wednesday, the 8th of January 2025. Her final resting place will be in the Philippines to be with her loving husband.
