Charles Herman Newman, 82, of Murrieta CA, passed away on April 6, 2014 in Laguna Hills CA.

Funeral will be held Tuesday April 8, 2014 at 11 am.

Graveside services will be held at the El Toro Memorial Park with lunch to follow.

Charles was born in New York City to Samuel and Fanny Newman on December 18, 1931. He married Lorraine Newman on February 5, 1955 in San Antonio Texas. He graduated from both Fordham University and Seton Hall University. He worked as a Quality Control Manager for Squibb and Sons and Stuart Pharmaceuticals for most of his career. He was a veteran of the Korean War and served in the Army at a M.A.S.H. unit.

Charles is preceded in death by both his mother and father and brother Howard Newman.

Charles is survived by his wife- Lorraine Newman, children- Sandra Newman/Ellen Oleskiewicz/ Brian Newman, grandchildren- Jacqueline Oleskiewicz/Jessica Oleskiewicz/ Danielle Oleskiewicz.
