Charlotte Russell Hornburger passed away peacefully on September 30, 2020 in Lake Forest, CA at.Born May 17, 1926 in Atlantic City, NJ to Harry Whitman & Catherine (Beach), Charlotte was a direct descendent to founding father, Benjamin Franklin.She was preceded in death by her second husband, William "Bill" Hornburger, son James Russell Dugger, and granddaughter, Nadine Angela Dugger.She is survived by her grandson, James Dugger, his wife Felice Dugger, great-grand son Henry Dugger, step-daughter Leslie Hornburger, and Sherry Copley.Charlotte lived independently for 30 years in West Palm Beach, FL, before moving in 2018 to Lake Forest, CA, to be near her step-daughter, Leslie.She had a dry sense of humor, full of wit, and was an extraordinary person. She will be missed by her family and those who knew her.
