Clifford Perkins was born on June 29, 1939 and passed away on January 6, 2016 at the age of 77 in Rancho Santa Margarita California. He is survived by his wife Veronica Perkins, their 2 children Christine Wy and Simon Perkins, his son in law Fred Wy, daughter in law Kim Perkins and his grandchildren Cameron and Tyler Perkins and Gillian and Teagan Wy. Clifford had no siblings

Clifford was born in Barrow England in 1939 to his parents, Stanly and Betty Perkins. Clifford attended University in England for Mechanical Engineering.In 1962 he married his wife Veronica in Syston England. Clifford grew up in England married Veronica and moved to Vancouver BC residing there 4 years. Clifford and Veronica later moved to Auburn Washington. Clifford, at the time of retirement moved to Rancho Santa Margarita to be closer to his children and grandkids.

Clifford had a great passion for soccer or as he called it football. He enjoyed coaching soccer, hiking, biking reading, and during retirement became quite the cook. Clifford was a mentor to all and a treasured friend to many. His knowledge of soccer has been passed on to generations. Clifford adored his wife, his children and grandchildren. Clifford will be membered as a Coach, a mentor and a man with a wonderful sense of humor.Clifford, Dad, Grandpa, Coach Cliff will be sorely missed by his family and friends.

Per Clifford's wishes, his ashes will be taken to England by his family where he will be laid to rest in a cemetery in Syston, England next to his mum, dad and youngest son Christopher.
