Dean Leroy Phillips of Laguna Beach

Born in Illinois on June 13, 1934 passed on October 20, 2016 at the age of 82.

Dean is survived by his spouse, Sally their four sons Tom, John, Lynn
and Lon and three grandchildren, Ruby, Sterling and Jacob. Dean was an
Electrical Contractor. He worked as an engineer in the aerospace
industry, spec homes and then went on to be a successful independent contractor before retirement.
In 1971 Dean proudly mentored his sons in the building of their Laguna Beach family home.
They completed this family project in 1972. He and wife Sally celebrated their 60th anniversary
in their beloved family home July 1, 2016. Dean was an exceptional man that is
loved by many and will be deeply missed by everyone who knew him.

Services for Dean will be held in the Chapel at McCormick's and Son Mortuary
on Tuesday, November 1, 2016 at 10:00 AM. The address is 1795 Laguna Canyon Road,
