Donna Rose Drown, 93, passed away in Laguna Woods California on February 20, 2025. Donna grew up in Topeka Kansas, where she met her husband Roy Drown. They were married in 1950. All of her life she enjoyed music and singing. She was a member of several chorus and choir groups over the years. She was a dedicated wife and mother to three children, sharing her love, caring and affection. Donna, Roy and their sons Scott and Steven moved to Los Angeles, California in 1958. Later their daughter Sheri was born. In 1970, Scott stayed in Southern California and the rest of the family moved to Santa Barbara County, living there 20 years. As the kids grew up, Donna went back to work managing a doctor's office. In 1990, Donna and Roy moved back to Southern California. After they fully retired in 1994, they moved to the suburbs of Phoenix Arizona. During that time, they had many friends they shared fun and travel with. After the passing of her beloved husband Roy in 2011, Donna moved back to California to be closer to family. Donna is survived by her three children: Scott Drown and his wife Hope and their 2 children, Steven Drown and his wife Colleen and their 2 children and Sheri Bogler and her husband John and their 4 children, as well as her nephew Tim Tyson of Kansas City MO. Per her wishes, no funeral is planned.
