In loving memory of Esther Pagsuberon Cruz

Born April 10, 1922 to her parents Ignacio and Anasaria Pagsuberon in Lacarlota, Negros Occidental, Philippines, she was married to Feliciano Cruz who is now also deceased. She passed away on Saturday, January 29 at 99 years young.

Esther Pagsuberon Cruz was the third of child of her parents. Her name Esther was derived from her on birth date which was on Easter weekend.

After high school at Central Philippine College, she attended Philippine Normal where she majored in education. She had a deep love for music and played both the piano and organ. And during her lifetime, she directed numerous church choirs. She also had a passionate love for young people and responsible for inspiring them, including her children to serve God any way they could.

Esther met her husband, Feliciano Cruz, in the middle of the World War II and got married thereafter. They produced 7 children namely, Felicito, Uriel Tito, Benjamin, Louella, Carmena, Esther, and Luther.

Esther passed away peacefully on January 29 with her oldest son, Felicito by her side.
