Ethel Hannah Tugwell age 93 of Rancho Santa Margarita, California passed away peacefully on Friday June 7th at 12:01 a.m. Ethel was born on September 4, 1925 in Killam, Alberta, Canada. She was married to Donald Tugwell, as she called him the love her life for 56 years. She dedicated her life to her family and was a beloved wife, mother, and grandmother. She had four children, Pamela, Debbi, Timothy, and Todd; son-in-law Robert Gadde, daughter-in-law Stacey Phelps; grandchildren Travis Guillaume, Nicole Guillaume, Amanda Gadde, Justin Gadde and his wife Marcela, and Sophia Tugwell. A small service will be held at Riverside National Cemetary in Riverside, California on Monday June 24th at 10:31 a.m. In lieu of flowers please make a donation to your favorite charity in Ethel's memory.
