In loving memory of Ewald Pretner, a remarkable soul who passed away on November 23, 2023. Ewald, born on March 26, 1964, touched the lives of all who were fortunate enough to know him. A devoted husband, son, brother, uncle, and caring friend, Ewald's warmth and compassion left an indelible mark with all those he encountered. We will continue to be inspired by his legacy of generosity and selflessness.

A ceremony to honor Ewald's life will be held at 10am on December 2, 2023, at McCormick & Son, located at 1795 Laguna Canyon Road, Laguna Beach, California 92651.

For those attending the service, parking will be available at the venue. In case of overflow, complimentary parking is available across the street at Trolley Parking Lot #16. Please mention that you are here for a funeral when parking.  For those unable to attend in person, the service will be available through the weblink below.

Ewald will be deeply missed by his loved ones and friends. May his soul rest in peace. He is survived by his wife Dharini, his mother Margarete, sister Eva and several nieces and nephews.
