Frank Andujo, age 60, resident of Laguna Hills, CA; passed peacefully on 1/3/21 at Saddleback Memorial Hospital.Frank was raised in El Paso, Texas; born to Jesus Andujo and Carmen Andujo (Rodriquez) and is survived by his mother, brothers Jesus Andujo, Hector Andujo and sister, Laura Andujo (Semon).Frank attended UTEP and achieved a Bachelor of Business Administration; he was a member of the Del Ta Sigma Pi. Frank was a successful business entrepreneur & owner of Alpha Minor Inc for 25 yrs; an interpreting services company; also Real Estate Agent and Life Insurance Agent.He was involved in the Chamber of Commerce.Frank married Veronica Teed in 1986 and moved to California where they raised their two sons, Giancarlo (29) and Jean-Luc (18), and cats Tomato and Basil.Frank and Veronica were so anxious to leave Texas that they were packing when it was snowing, no spare tire and a u-haul trailer which burned the transmission in the car.Frank's greatest pleasure was helping to raise his sons, his family, friends, listening to great music, eating good food especially sushi, attending live music concerts and watching the Dallas Cowboys.Frank's enjoyed going to the Jazz concerns in Newport Beach, the last concert he attended was Garth Brooks.Frank especially enjoyed a trip to Europe to visit France and Spain.Frank thought the next trip would be to visit & explore Italy.Early on Frank loved to explore up and down the coast of California.During a trip to Catalina Island, Frank got upset with Veronica as she refused to board the express for the return trip due to sea sickness which required him to charter a helicopter for the ride back but which he thoroughly enjoyed as he got sit beside the pilot.Yes, Frank got seasick as well but he recovered quickly and got to enjoy the trip and snorkle.Frank liked to read about economics and historical books and especially ones authored by Noam Chomski.Until the reading glasses he bought at the dollar store did not work anymore.Frank liked to chat with his family, friends and fraternal brothers and to tell bad jokes which will be missed.
Due to COVID Restrictions, no services or funeral will be held.A Memorial Celebration of Life will be held for immediate family on 1/20/21 at noon at 26351 Rosa Street, Laguna Hills, CA 92656.
