Frank Andrew Peterson, Jr born April 9 ^th , 1962, to Frank A and Elsie C Peterson in Salt Lake City, UT, Passed away unexpectedly at his home in Aliso Viejo, CA from natural causes on April 10, 2023, at the age of 61.

His family relocated from Utah in 1968 to Pittsburg, CA, where he enjoyed playing sports. He excelled in track and cross-country and was his high schools track star.

In 1980 he attended Brigham Young University in Provo UT. Then in 1983, he decided to share his love and testimony of his savior Jesus Christ as a missionary for the church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints in Rome, Italy. He completed his mission in 1985 and resumed his university studies.

He moved to southern California in 1988 and began his insurance career. Working five years with Clawson, Jordan, and Morris until moving to SPIB where he worked for 30 years. During this time, he made lifelong friends and received numerous awards and recognition for his work. He also served as various callings in the church and scouting programs.

Frank met Michele Hatch at Clawson, Jordan, and Morris. They were married at a beautiful outdoor ceremony in San Juan Capistrano on June 1 ^st , 1991, and later got sealed together for eternity in the Salt Lake City temple on September 21 ^st ,1991.

He enjoyed running, snorkeling, hiking, day trip adventures, reading, boogie boarding, playing and walking on the beach. He coached his son's baseball team and loved being involved with his son's and daughter's activities. Per his family, he loved singing in Italian while in the shower.

Frank is survived by his wife Michele Peterson, son Connor Peterson, and daughter Camaryn Peterson. Siblings Michael Peterson (Grace), Alan Peterson, Delona Clawson (Scott), Devora Burger (Harold), John Peterson (Lori), and Lloyd Peterson (Sarah). Preceded by parents Frank A Peterson and Elsie C Johnson, brothers Mark A Peterson, Barry L Peterson, and Larry "Dean" Peterson.

Memorial services will be held Wednesday, April 19, 2023, from 4-5 at the church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints located at 22851 Aliso Creek Rd, Aliso Viejo, CA, 92656.
