Gail graduated from Milton College with a degree in speech and drama. Her first job was in daycare at a preschool. She worked for Jim Schaller Insurance 1975 to 1985, had a job in jewelry sales, was a licensed realtor from 1991 to 2008 where she sold her daughter two homes and also some of her friends.

Gail enjoyed socializing, charity work, and clubs. She was active and she served as President in the American Association University of Women (providing college scholarship for women), College Club, book club, gourmet group and Orange County Preforming Arts Center Guild Member and officer.

She had a love for the Green Bay Packers (her father was one of the first owner's / ticket holders), loved animals, her family and friends.
