Genelind Lopez Lee, born July 9, 1951, in Philadelphia, PA. Her parents were Gorgonio Quimba and Noemi Quimba, a microbiologist and wife a dentist. She grew up in Pennsylvania with her brothers Soloman, David, and Dan. Genny wedded Jay Lee, a physician assistant and had one boy, Anton, a hotel manager, who unfortunately succumbed to Covid in 2023. Genny worked in the fields of dietetics, laboratory sciences, ultrasonography, and cardiac monitoring before her retirement in 2020. She was a resident of Orange County for 33 years. Genny is survived by her husband Jay, and her brothers Soloman, David, and Dan. All those who knew her knew of her kindheartedness and gentle nature. She will be sorely missed.
