We are very sad to announce that Gloria Levine passed away on October 29, 2014. She lived a full life and was 89 years of age. Gloria is survived by her loving husband, Harold, her sons, Arthur and Stewart, her daughter-in-laws, Karen and Lauren, and her grandchildren, Steven, Alexandra, David and Amy. Gloria was also a cherished sister-in-law to Norma and Gertrude Greenberg and aunt to Janet, Stephen, Richard and Roberta.

Gloria was born in New York City to Ann and Samuel Greenberg and she grew up in the Bronx along with her brothers, Abraham (Kelly) and Hyman. She and Harold were married in 1952 and they were inseparable for the next 62 years. She spent most of her married life living in Brooklyn, New York, which is where she raised her family. After retirement, she and Harold were able to fulfill their lifetime dream of traveling throughout Europe, before moving to Laguna Woods, California, to start the next phase of her life. Although she loved New York City, she came to know Laguna Woods, California as her new home.

Gloria will be greatly missed by her family and all those who knew her. In addition, we would like to give a special thank you to Sonny Sagalongos and the Sagalongos family for taking such excellent and loving care of "mom" over the past three years. We are touched and indebted by their commitment to her during this time.
