IN LOVING MEMORY OF
Hilda Vivian
Argentina Gonzalez
November 6, 1960 – August 3, 2025
Hilda Vivian Argentina González, was born on November 6, 1960 in Asunción Mita, Guatemala, with her parents, Oscar Atilio Morales and Hilda Escriba. At the age of 2, she moved to the house of his grandmother Eugenia Morales with her father and siblings: Marta, Óscar, Alma, and Ciro. Years later her father married Emma Corina with whom they conceived 3 children, Ana Liz, Livio Homero and Zully.
At the age of 17, on January 28, 1978, she married Bernardo, forming a beautiful family that grew with love. In August 1978 her first son Carlos Fernando was born who unfortunately died in August 1997 at 19 years old, In July 1980 Heidi Argentina was born, followed by Vilma Lissette in February 1982, who unfortunately died in April 2020 at 38 years old. Then Mayra Alejandra was born in January 1984. 11 years later, God blessed her with another girl, whom she welcomed with open arms as her own, Beatriz Adriana, who came into their lives in December 1995. Thirteen years after having her last daughter, the Lord blessed her with her last son, for whom she prayed, Samuel Andres, who was born in July 1997. To whom she created this beautiful family with Bernardo for 47 years.
In 1988, she immigrated to the United States with her husband and 2 older children, settling in the Orange County area, where they have lived to this day. In 1992, she gave her life to Christ at Centro Cristiano Internacional, where its first pastor was Jay Gomes, followed by Arnoldo Granados. She served in the church for many years and, later, alongside her daughter Lisette, also served in Fe y Gracia Church with Pastor Joseph Molina for seven years.
She leaves a family made up of 4 children and 9 grandchildren: Daisy, Enrique, Elías, Valeria, Samantha, Yoel, Dorothy, Lindy and Angie, as well as three sons-in-law: José Amílcar, Manrique and Servando.
In February 2024, she faced her illness, being diagnosed with a very aggressive cancer (pancreatic cancer). It was quite a difficult and painful process, but she opted to receive her first chemotherapy treatment in Guatemala, which allowed her to travel to California on February 23 of this year. In April, her medical condition worsened and she decided to opt for another chemotherapy and radiotherapy treatment, but her body could no longer resist. On August 3, 2025, the Lord decided to take her to His side, allowing all those who loved her to be around her in her final moments.
She left us a legacy of love and forgiveness. We are going to miss her deeply, but we are certain that she is already resting in peace, without pain and without illness. We hope that one day we will see each other again. She will always live in our memories and in our hearts, Mom A kiss to the heaven.
