Hooman Conan Danesh, born August 27, 1972 in Bellflower, California, passed away on April 9, 2021 in Irvine, California in his home. He was 48 years young. Beloved son of Houshmand and Veronica Danesh, loving brother to Sheena Danesh-Tellez, brother-in-law to Edgar Tellez, fun uncle to Rafael and Anisa Tellez, nephew to Iraj and Parvin Danesh, Rohanghiz Danesh, Mehri Danesh, Marion Reynolds and cousin to many across the world.

Hooman was always loved in good and troubled times. He brought happiness and art to all who cared about and loved him. Hooman grew up in California, USA; Tehran, Iran; and Sharjah, United Arab Emirates. He had a unique and special appreciation for the world and all it had to offer. He enjoyed travel, immersing himself in other cultures and experiencing life.

He travelled across the world. He rode a moped in the islands of Greece, trekked in Katmandu, Nepal, enjoyed an elephant sanctuary in Thailand, saw the stampede in Calgary, Canada, loved the waves in Hawaii, went wadi and dune bashing in the Arabian desert and enjoyed visiting all the various museums and cultural highlights across Europe and the world.

Hooman was a thrill seeker and pursued his desires, he was fearless.He loved the ocean and enjoyed surfing and boogie boarding. He had rhythm and enjoyed rocking out on the dance floor, shooting hoops and bowling. He enjoyed exploring nature and taking his nephew Rafael for walks. He took lessons to fly a small plane and was close to earning his pilot's license.

Hooman was an artist, philosopher, free thinker, poet, writer, and healer to those around him. He knew how to give the best compliments and always saw the light in people, despite the moments of darkness he experienced. He was the star on a livestream show called Taxi Tv. Hooman shared about his life with mental illness, addiction, and recovery, to help others who were dealing with similar struggles. He helped 1000's on their journey of healing and he saved lives.

He had an intense interest and love for learning and understanding the world around him. He saw the positive and silver linings in life. He was open about his struggles with mental and physical health, yet he never complained. He faced challenges head on with bravery and courage. He was a kind, caring soul and stood up for injustices and those struggling in life. He never judged others and was always so generous and humble. He had a smile and laugh that would bring smiles to all. Hooman made friends all over the world and would connect with all walks of life.

Hooman spoke about the deeper meaning of life and death. Hooman faced all the challenges presented to him. He faced life with a can-do attitude and went out and lived, not holding back, never afraid of what others thought. He was resilient, loving, caring and a kind and giving soul. He was known to many as a "gentle giant" and "Conan DaGreat." He was and continues to be the best son and brother.

His place in our hearts will be there forever. We love you Hooman. May you rest in eternal peace.

Memorial Services will be held on Thursday, April 29, 2021, 11:00 a.m. at El Toro Memorial Park, 25751 Trabuco Road, Lake Forest, California 92630.
