Josue Cisneros, or as many people knew him as "Casper", unexpectedly passed away on January 5th 2023 in a vehicle accident. He was 45 years old, just weeks away from turning 46. He was a father of two beautiful and smart girls ages 11 and 21. Born January 25th 1977, Josue grew up in Los Angeles with his two siblings, Rosa (oldest) and Luis (youngest). At around 8 years old his family and him had moved to Michoacan, Mexico where his parents, Roberto and Maria Elena Cisneros, are from. It was quite a change for Josue since he was in a new place and had to speak more of the language that he was used to. Being that he had lighter skin than most people and having to learn more of the language, he was given the nickname "Pocho". He did not struggle with making friends because he was very easy going, his personality, and overall friendly with anyone.

In 1990, at age 12, Josue and his family moved back to the United States and lived in San Juan Capistrano, California. In 2001, at age 24, he welcomed his first child, Pricila and he was an amazing father to both of his daughters. He absolutely adored and cherished both his daughters. Then in 2011, age 34, he welcomed his second daughter, Dlelilah. Both Pricila and Dlelilah were very much "Daddy's girls' . He lived in San Juan
Capistrano for the remainder of his life. One of his hobbies was fixing and driving his classic cars, which is what he was well known for in San Juan. He was a fast learner and taught himself everything he knew about cars and his work. Josue got along with everyone and knew many people because of his personality and the type of person he was. He leaves behind his two daughters, parents and two siblings. He unfortunately passed too soon but we will always remember him and the impact he had on every one of us.

Josue will be laid to rest on January 25th 2023 at El Toro Memorial Park in Lake Forest. Josue "Casper" Cisneros was a loving son, father, uncle and will forever be in our hearts.
