Kenneth Alan Jensen, born on November 9th, 1961, in Southern California, passed away on July 18th, 2024. He was the youngest child and only son of widower Lila Jensen, growing up alongside his three older sisters in Anaheim California.
Kenneth served his country with pride as a Coast Guard veteran. It was during his Service in Hawaii, stationed on the island of Kauai, that he met the love of his life, Naomi. Their bond flourished, and they had three children: Willis, Rei, and Jonathan Jensen.
After concluding his military career in Hawaii, Kenneth returned to California with his wife and young family. His passion for computers led him to pursue a career in the IT department of the Capistrano Unified School District in 1999. He quickly became known for his technical expertise and his dedication to supporting his fellow employees.
Kenneth was not only a skilled professional, but also a devoted family man. He cherished what time he had with Naomi and their children, supporting their pursuits and interests. He was a source of Strength and Guidance, always willing to lend what help he could.
Beyond his professional and family life, Kenneth had a love for the outdoors. He enjoyed exploring new hiking trails, and trips to Big Bear's Cabins with his family. This sense of adventure fostered a love of exploration in his family and colleagues alike. He enjoyed playing computer games with his wife, children, and other family members, and encouraged those he cared for to spend time exploring their interests on fun hobbies such as this.
Kenneth will be remembered for his integrity, reliability, and unwavering commitment to his family and community. His memory will live on in those whose lives he has touched, and carried especially close by the family that he has left behind.
Kenneth Alan Jensen, survived by wife Naomi Jensen, children Willis, Rei, and Jonathan Jensen, and sister Connie Jensen, leaves a profound impact on all who had the privilege of knowing him. While a stoic man, it is undeniable the care he gave to his family, friends, and community. He will be deeply missed and fondly remembered.
