BINTORO, Lastrini Keng, 76, of Irvine, died peacefully on November 11, 2016. She was born in Sukabumi, Indonesia on September 19, 1940. Graduated from Regina Pacis High School Bogor in 1959 and went on to study English at Bandung Teachers' College. She married her husband, ANG Giok Bie in 1963 and moved to California in 1989. Her husband died in 1998. She was mother of 3 daughters, Lany (Scott Little), Lucy (Sutipong Phinyo) and Priscilla (Eric Yean) and had 4 grand-daughters, Arielle, Alexa, Alyssa & Karina.

She is also survived by her brothers Oey Tian Djin (Nijmegen, Holland) & his family and Oey Tian Hoey (Jakarta, Indonesia) & his family. Also surviving are her many cousins, nephews and nieces.

Her passion was cooking. She doted on her family and especially her grand-daughters. She will be greatly missed by her family and friends who love her and will be remembered for her generous heart and sweet soul.
