Linda M. Koreis, 64, of Sacramento California, went to be with the Lord on May 30, 2018. At the time of her passing, Linda was at home surrounded by her family and her husband, Phil.Linda was born June 2, 1953, in Denver, Colorado, to her parents Francis and Evelyn Belmonte; her mother is deceased.She was the second oldest of 5-siblings, On June 25, 1978, Linda married Phillip E. Koreis, Jr., who survives. They met at El Toro Marine Corps Air Station where he served as Marine Aviator stationed at El Toro Marine Air Station. The two were married at in Newport Beach at Our Lady Queen of Angels Catholic Church.Linda and Phillip became proud parents of three children, Alison Rebecca, Anthony Ryan, and Christopher Stephen [aka 'Topher'].

Linda attended California State University, Fullerton with a physical education major in 1973 and also attended the Paralegal Certificate Program at University of California, Davis [UCD] graduating with honors. Linda's employment services utilized her administrative and executive managerial skills at Blue Cross of Southern California, which made Linda an excellent Human Resource analyst for the residents and post-doctorates she served during her employment with the UC Davis Healthcare System for the past 18-years. While at UC Davis, Linda's 'gifted' skills of organization and management were well-known and was often called upon to improve the standard medical processes of care.

Linda is survived by her husband, Phillip [Phil] Koreis; her children, daughter, Alison; sons, Anthony [aka 'Tony'] and Topher and daughter-in-law, Tina; sisters, Sharon [David] White; Cynthia Belmonte; and Angela [Jeff] Chargualaf; brother, Francis [aka Frank] Belmonte; brother-in-law and sister-in-law, Allan and Kim Koreis; the 'Keeper of Grandma's Heart, her grandson, Gavin James Koreis and step-grand-daughters, Quiahnna, Jazmyn, and Kalanni; Linda's nieces, Melissa Koreis, Courtney Chargualaf, and Mary White; and nephews, Brandon and Matthew Chargualaf, and Bryan and Thomas John [aka TJ] Koreis.Linda is the 4th eldest of over 38-Meis grandchildren [maternal] and is survived by her maternal cousins, their spouses, and their children, and children's children, who live throughout the United States and from coast to coast.

Celebration of Life Funeral Mass Service at 10:00 am on Wednesday, June 20, 2018 at Santiago de Compostela Catholic Church, 21628 Lake Forest Drive, Lake Forest, CA 92630. Reception to follow funeral service in the Church Hall.
