On the morning of Sunday April 30, 2023, Lupe passed peacefully at home in Mission Viejo, CA at the age of 85. Lupe was born to Elauterio & Rachel Enriquez, in Los Angeles, CA on February 17, 1938. She was the fifth of eleven children.

Lupe was a tiny, sassy, independent lady with a huge heart. She was fun loving, and full of life. She took pleasure in entertaining her family and friends. She enjoyed cooking and eating great food. You could say she was a foodie before being a foodie was a thing. Lupe was an affectionate and generous wife, mother, grandmother, sister, and friend. She had a beautiful spirit and loved listening to music and dancing.

She will be missed but forever adored and remembered by her family and friends.

She is preceded in death by her beloved husband John, her parents, her three brothers and her two sisters.

She is survived by her sons, Alfred & Greg and daughter Elaina, her grandchildren, great grandchildren, and five siblings.

The family has honored her request to be cremated and will hold a Memorial Service & Reception on Sunday, May 7, 2023, 1 p.m. at McCormick & Son Mortuaries 25002 Moulton Parkway, Laguna Hills, CA 92637.
