Lynne Ann Riesberg (nee Torvi) – 62 years old
December 19, 1957, St. Paul, Minnesota – June 17, 2020, Laguna Beach, California.

Lynne was a graduate of John A Johnson High School in St. Paul, Minnesota, and attended UW River Falls and the University of Minnesota College of Art & Design. Lynne was an excellent figure skater with the "Fun on Ice" Figure Skating School and a High School downhill ski team racer. She became a successful fashion designer with 'Lyn-ly Designs' in New Orleans. Lynne was a talented and accomplished seamstress and loved creating new clothing designs as well as jewelry. When Lynne met and married James Riesberg she found the love of her life. They divided their time between Laguna Beach in Southern California and their lake home on Bay Lake in Deerwood, MN. Lynne treasured the time spent with husband Jim at the cabin and loved hosting family and friends there all summer long.Lynne made many wonderful friendships and memories at the cabin. As much as she loved "The Lake" she loved Laguna Beach; spending time with Jim and all her friends there. She kept up with everything going on with her niece and nephews and was a very special "Auntie Lynne." Her high shoes and charismatic personality sparkled; she was quick to smile and make you feel special. Lynne was a caring daughter, wife, sister and aunt! She had many deep friendships in both California and Minnesota. We will all miss her greatly.

Lynne was preceded in death by mother Roxanna M Torvi and loving husband Jim and is survived by father Alvin J Torvi, sister Karen (Don) Weiblen, brothers Scott and Chris (Kari) Torvi. Niece Hanna, nephews Donovan, Johannes, Peter, Elliot, and Bjorn.
