Margie Jo Schneider, born September 28, 1938 in Oklahoma. Margie passed away peacefully in her sleep on Wednesday March 27th 2019 in her assisted living home in Laguna Woods. Born to Jesse and Nellie Senters, she has three siblings Erma (passed), Billy June (passed) and Brother Jesse. Margie had three children of her own Melody, Tammy and Richard. She was known as Gigi to all her great grandchildren who she loved so much. Her great grandchildren knew there were always yummy cookies or treats at Gigi's house just waiting for them once they arrived.
Margie's passion was working with children. She was a dedicated preschool teacher for well over 20 years. She took great pride in caring for her students and looked forward to making an impact on their lives at such an early age.
She enjoyed the outdoors and spending her weekends taking trips to the Casino with all her friends. During the warmer months she could be found lying pool side with a good romance novel just enjoying the beautiful weather and catching a good tan. She would spend every Sunday morning at Calvary Chapel Pacific Hills praising the Lord with her friends and family.
Margie was known for her upbeat and outgoing personality, you could rarely catch her without a big bright smile on her face. She had the most infectious laugh that would just brighten up any room. Everyone who knew her loved her for how generous of a women she was, she would give you her very last penny if you asked and was always there to help anyone in a time of need. She will be truly missed.
