Marie Critelli was born on June 30, 1942 and passed away on December 30, 2016 at the age of 74 in Newport Beach, CA. She is survived by her children: Frank Begg and Theresa Brown; grandchildren: Mackenzie Brown, Shane Begg, Scottie Begg, Brooklyn Begg and Jimmy Begg; as well as her siblings: Dorothy Critelli Zoval, her brother-in-law Gene Zoval; her sister-in-law Susan Critelli and her nephews and niece: Jim Zoval, Steve Zoval, Nancy Critelli and Sam Critelli.Her brothers: Sam Critelli, and his wife, Carmen & Frank Critelli are deceased.

Marie was born in Akron, Ohio to her parents, Alfonso & Edith Critelli.At the age of 18 she and her family moved to California. Marie married and in lived in Los Angeles then later moved to Cypress where she raised her family; and later she moved to Seal Beach in Leisure World.

Marie enjoyed spending time with her family, she had a love for the ocean and liked spending time at the beach, she enjoyed watching baseball, game shows and loved to shop!Marie also loved gardening and decorating for every holiday (Christmas was her favorite time of the year).

Marie was a treasured friend to many. She was a generous person with a kind heart with an equally wonderful sense of witty humor. Marie adored her children and grandchildren and will be sorely missed by her friends and family.

Her funeral service will be held on Friday, January 6, 2017 at 11:00 a.m.

Reception following graveside service; details will be provided the day of the service.
