Mary Margaret Tessier (Margo) passed away January 31, 2014 at the age of 84. After a brief battle with cancer Margo was taken up to be with her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. Though our feelings of pain and loss have just begun, we are comforted by the confidence that her pain is gone and she now rests in the comfort of Gods love. She died peacefully at home surrounded by her husband and daughters.

We will never forget her vibrant smile, exuberant laughter, her care free attitude and her contagious love for life. She was a devoted wife, a caring mother, loving grandmother, loyal friend, beloved sister and treasured daughter.

She leaves behind a wonderful husband, Philip, of 65 years, a brother Robert Hale, three daughters Susan, Colette, and Michele, seven grandchildren Lori, Michael, Matthew, Manuel, Timothy, Andrew and Josh, as well as, two great grandchildren Nathan and Garrett.

Margo was very proud to be of service to the community. She volunteered and participated for over 45 years with the Girl Scouts of America to which she received the esteemed Thanks Badge. Margo extended her talents as a Sunday school and Bible Study teacher at Shepherd of the Hills United Methodist Church in Mission Viejo, Ca. She also participated and was President of the Republican Women's Club in Orange County.

Our memories of Margo will live on in our hearts. We find comfort in the knowledge that the time apart from her is only temporary and we will all someday be reunited with her in heaven.
