Mehrangiz Raika was born on September, 24, 1936 and passed away

on April, 09, 2016 at the age of 79 at Hoag Hospital in Irvine, Ca due

to a massive heart attack. She is survived by her siblings Fereydoun

and Farangis raika.

Mehrangiz was born in Iran to her parents, Ali Raika and Leyla Yosefi.

In 1951 she married her husband, Shamsollah Haghmanesh in Iran.

Together they had 4 sons and a daughter. Raika grew up in Iran and

later lived in Pakestan, Wisconsin, Minnesota, missuri, and finally

California. She was a recent residence of Irvine, CA where she moved

in 1999 with her daughter Mojgan and granddaughter Jasmine.

Mehrangiz loved cooking, shopping, traveling, spending quality time

with her family an friends , walking and enjoy beauty of nature,

wonderful companion, very compassionate about animals, in love with

her favorite dog named Teddi, in love with children and she was very

devoted bahai.

Per Mehrangiz wishes, she will be buried next to her mom Leyla

Yousefi at Orange County Cemetery District.

Everyone is invited to her memory celebration of her life, on Friday,

April 15, 2016 from 4:00 PM.to 7:00 PM.
