Michael Alessandro Pezzaniti (Sandro to his family), born July 21,1982 passed away on Sunday May 5, 2024 from brain cancer. Michael was surrounded by his family and passed away at his parents home in Mission Viejo. Michael's been battling this disease since 2012 and has endured two awake brain surgeries, radiation, chemotherapy, and countless treatments. His resilience was unwavering as he fought to have a fulfilled life with his wife Alyssa and his loving dog Lily.

He is a loving husband, son, brother, dog dad, and friend. Michael was so full of life and happiness. He couldn't go one day without making the people around him laugh and even though he had been dealt the most unimaginable disease, at just 29, he fought every single day for the life he always wanted. Michael loved deeply and his wife, parents, and siblings are so blessed to have his love.

He has many passions but his biggest passion was weightlifting. He even had an entire gym at his home and would never skip a workout. He was so creative and could make anything happen with just his two hands. He is an artist, musician, movie creator, and can build anything if asked. He loved figuring out how things worked and fixing them.

He often said his life was Alyssa & his dog Lily. He would do anything for the two of them and always expressed the love he had for them. Lily was adopted in 2015 following his brain surgery and during his chemotherapy treatment. Lily always sensed what Mike was enduring and became his constant support. She loves many but he was her world. She would comfort him in times of stress, make him laugh, cuddle him, and give him unconditional love.

He is survived by his parents Nick and Teresa, Wife Alyssa, Brothers Rico & Giancarlo, Sister Caterina, Nana Giovanna, and dog Lily. Michael is loved beyond measure and will forever be in our hearts.
