Phyllis Faye Garrett was born August 8th 1936 in Deer Lodge Tennessee. The daughter of Harold and Gertrude Frazier. She was 87 years old at the time of her passing on June 30th 2024 at 3:58 pm she passed peacefully at her home in Rancho Santa Margarita with family by her side after a long battle with Alzheimer's.

She is survived by her son, Guy Garrett, daughter Laura Lyons, granddaughters; Darci Whitaker and Amanda Whitaker Dasilva. As well as three great-grandchildren, Garrett, Theo and Everly. And several nieces and nephews. Phyllis's love was for her family her whole world was her family she was the holiday Queen when it came to decorating and celebrating the holidays her sole purpose was to make sure her family was always taken care of and provided for and that they knew the definition of love and full family support no matter what.

She was preceded in death by her husband George Lee Garrett in 2020. And they are reunited once again.
