Obituary

Randall "Randy" Lee French was born in Arizona on June 18, 1965.

He is survived by his loving wife, Sara French; daughters Jessica Wyatt French, Vicki Ruiz (John), and Christine Penrose (Josh); grandson Adrian Ruiz; brothers Jesse Taylor and Pete Manville (Kristy); sister Cheryl Taylor; and many nieces and nephews.

He is also survived by his father, Harry Lee French, and his family, with whom Randy was blessed to build a relationship later in life.

Randy was preceded in death by his mother, Carol Callison, and his son, Justin Lee French.

As a teenager, Randy was involved in the punk rock scene and made many friends at punk rock concerts. As a young man, he enjoyed camping and fishing. Randy was an avid collector of knives, swords, coins, and grandfather clocks. One of his favorite hobbies was crafting model airplanes and visiting parks and conventions to fly them. Randy was also passionate about his Harley-Davidson motorcycle and loved the freedom it brought him. He even made the long journey to Sturgis, South Dakota, for the 75th Sturgis Motorcycle Rally—the largest motorcycle gathering in the world—riding 400 miles daily to get there.

Randy loved God and his family deeply. His grandson Adrian was his pride and joy, and they affectionately called each other "two-mans." They went on many adventures together, with the zoo being one of their favorite destinations. Randy's fun-loving spirit, sense of humor, and laughter will be greatly missed.
