Remelie Tobias Perley, 55, of Rancho Santa Margarita, passed away on July 18th after her battle with Diabetes.
Remelie was born on May 15th, 1966 to Renato and Amelia Tobias in Quezon City, Philippines. After graduating from San Clemente High School, she then went to study Business Administration and Management at California State University, Fullerton. An incredibly loving mother, sister, aunt and friend. Remelie was an avid traveler. She had visited most of Southeast Asia while living in Jakarta, Indonesia with her son and husband for 2 ½ years. Besides spending time with family and friends, Remelie had a passion for collecting antiques from the countries she had visited and caring for her dog Kona. Always had a dedicated and loving personality and would always care for others. You will always see her in the kitchen, making her mother's Filipino favorites for her loved ones. She is survived by her son, Ryan.
