Rex Ketter passed away on Thursday June 7, 2018 at his home surrounded by his family in Laguna Woods, California.Rex was born November 28, 1934 in Frazee Minnesota at his parent's house. He graduated from Frazee High school and went on to graduate from NDSU in Civil Engineering. He also joined the United States Army. Rex married Maxine Solee in Fargo, North Dakoda. He retired as a CEO from Pacific Soilis Engineering Inc. Rex was an avid fisherman and enjoyed gold mining, traveling, and watching sports. Rex is survived by his 2 sons, Jay and his wife Linda Ketter, Jeff Ketter, Daughter Kim Ketter, and his wife Maxine of 59 years. He had 6 grandchildren; Bobbi, Kathy, jenny, Jessica, and Nicholas. 10 great grandchildren, with one on its way! Rex was a loving father, husband and grandfather, also a good friend to many. He was preceded in death by his grandson Phillip Ketter.
