Richard Howe was born on July 30, 1966 and passed away on July 22, 2016 at the age of 49 in Dana Point, California. He is survived by his mother, Lauren Dunlap, his son Justin Howe, girlfriend Cindy Miller, life friends, Julie Archer and Jimmy Marshall as well as his siblings, Stephen Howe, Michael Howe, Mark Howe, Dennis Dunlap and David Dunlap. As well as many nephews, nieces and cousins too many to mention by name. We all loved him dearly and will miss him sorely.

Richard was born in Maywood, California in 1966. He spent his entire life in the State of California. His girlfriend of 17 years, Cindy Miller and he lived in San Clemente during this same period. He was a successful small business owner (Rags2Richs) in Dana Point.

Richard had an infinite passion for golf, his dogs and his watch collection. He was an extremely generous man and would help anyone who needed it, in particular his family. If you needed him he was there no questions asked. Richard was looked up to and respected by all he came into contact with because of his love and generosity. He will be sorely missed by all of his family and friends.

Per Richards wishes, his ashes will be spread over places he loved including the Pacific Ocean.
