Soledad Correa Urias, 85yrs of age passed away on the morning of Monday, November 25th, 2019. She passed in her own room, at home, knowing people she loved were nearby. Soledad had Alzheimer's. She slowly declined, until God decided to call her home. She was looked after and taken care of by those she loved.
Soledad was born March 29th 1934, in San Fransico Del Oro, Chihuahua, Mexico. She learned early on about adulthood as both her parents Jesus and Concepcion Correa died early in life. She raised her siblings without hesitation. In Mexico prior to getting her citizenship, Soledad was a teacher for young children in elementary school. She was loved and revered by everyone.
Soledad is survived by her 2 younger brothers Roberto and Manuel Correa. Her sister Vicenta and brothers Julian, Ceferino, and Carlos had all passed years prior.
She is also survived by a large family!! Her son's Joseph, Hector (also deceased), and Arthur Urias along with her 3 daughters Guadalupe, Ramona and Gabriela Urias.
In addition to her children and family she leaves her grandchildren Norris Dixon Jr, Jennifer Dunlap, Elizabeth and Daniel Urias, Bleu, Tausi and Indy Urias and Avery. Along with her grandchildren she is survived by her Great Grandchildren Matthew and Colton Urias, Maya & Raimund Dixon her miracle babies, and Cruze & Cali Urias. She was so cherished and loved by every single one of them.
Soledad was a smart, funny, strong willed, beautiful woman who showed her love for each of us in very different ways!
She will be cremated, so the church service for Soledad will be 12/13/19 at 11:30am at
Saint Polycarp Catholic Church
