On April 28, 2017 at 2:56 in the afternoon, Stephan Arvizu Castorena Son of Carmelo and Teresa Castorena, Father of Stephan, Lisa, Robin Castorena and Grandfather to Christopher Castorena, Brother of Jim, Paul, Ray, David, Sam, Carol, Phil, and Danny Castorena, passed away at the age of 66 from a massive cardiac arrest.

Stephan A Castorena with his benevolent and dynamic energy backed by his intelligence and a keen understanding for human nature, was able to achieve a multitude of efforts. Stephan was a loyal servant of God, he relied on scripture and his faith in Jehovah for the benefit of many. His tireless efforts towards the preaching work of Christ enabled him to open up a territory, which was previously blocked from any of this activity. This brought him much joy.

Stephan was gifted with numerous talents of the Arts. He was a Certified Artist of the Pasadena Art Society; his paintings spanned the globe from China to England and right back here in the USA. Stephan was also a member of the Screen Writers Guild, notable for contributing to an episode of Fantasy Island.

Stephan Castorena was an accomplished singer and became known as "Stelvis"
He performed for over 700 people at Universal Studios Los Angeles, this was a proud moment for him. He also performed regularly on PBS for the anniversary of Elvis Presley's last performance. Stephan loved to perform for the elderly and sick at convalescent homes, it brought him much happiness to see them smile and sing along.

Stephan will be missed and remembered for his philanthropy, loving heart, strength, heartfelt laughter, and a full sense of humor, which brought joy to his family, friends and all who knew him in his life.
