Susan "Suzy" Berg was born on March 26, 1944 and passed away on March 13, 2015 at the age of 70 in Oro Valley, Arizona. She is survived by her daughter Kirsten Berg of Oro Valley, AZ and her daughter and son-in-law Kendal and Charles Burton of Laguna Beach, CA; her grandchildren: Schuyler Berg, and Jordan, Tanner & Cody Burton; as well as her siblings: Dr. James Civey of Everett, WA, and Colleen Sevigne of Petaluma, CA; her sister-in-law India Civey and her nephew and niece: Ian Civey (wife Stephanie) of Everett, WA and Sara Couch (husband Sean) of Edmonds, WA.

Suzy was born in Los Angeles, California to her parents, Marjorie and M. Joe Civey. In 1964 she married her husband, Joseph Berg in Vancouver, Washington. Suzy grew up in La Canada, CA, and later lived in Los Angeles, Studio City, Encino, and Laguna Niguel, CA. She was a recent resident of Oro Valley, AZ where she moved in 2014 with her daughter Kirsten and grandson Schuyler.

Suzy loved cooking & baking, photography & traveling and was a voracious reader. Suzy was a treasured friend to many. She was a wonderful listener with an equally wonderful sense of humor. Suzy adored her children and grandchildren and will be sorely missed by her friends and family.

Per Suzy's wishes, her ashes will be scattered in places she loved, the Pacific Ocean and the Catalina Mountains in Arizona.
