Susan Pamela Sharpe-Meichler, born February 15, 1949 Great Lakes, IL, passed after a long and painful battle with a terminal illness on Sunday, August 6, 2017 in her San Clemente home, surrounded by family and friends. She was lovingly known as Pam to all of her family and friends. She has three siblings: Sandy Cawthon-Bryne (Ohio), Carolyn Weymouth (Wisconsin), and Stanley "Skip" Sharpe (Arizona).Pam moved to Tustin, California in 1956 with her parents and siblings, where she grew up, graduating from Tustin High School in 1967. She has three Children, Dana Noonan, Scot Gorman, and Terrie Gorman. Along with her husband of 35 years, Al Meichler, she is also survived by four grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.

She spent most of her adult life as a home maker and loving mom. She was an avid Christian; she always referred to the bible for direction and counselling. Pam loved oil painting and volunteered as a Sunday School Teacher where she provided free oil painting lessons to her Sunday School students. She also enjoyed snow skiing and traveled the world pursuing the ultimate snow with her husband. When the conditions for skiing were not optimal, she loved camping.

Pam loved the time spent with friends and family. She was a very generous woman. She would give you her last penny if you asked and unlimited time which is priceless.
