Tobi A. Williams passed away on April 20, 2022. She was born on September 26, 1950 and raised in California by her parents, the late Robert and Eunice Reed. Tobi is survived by her daughter, Tami Williams, sister Debbie Obermeyer and cousins, Jan Limahelu, Jim Benson and Jeff Benson and their families. She is also survived by her furry companion , Koda who brought her love and happiness since her gotcha day in 2015.

Tobi was raised in Monrovia and ultimately moved to Laguna and the Dana Point area. Tobi's love for the beach and beauty that came with it, was the foundation for the place she called home and her happy place. Weekends often included sharing of a great recipe she created, lunch at the harbor and time with Koda. Tobi also spent time with her daughter Tami and her partner Brian Barnock, with weekend trips to their home in Manhattan, winter trips to Mammoth and over the years trips to Hawaii.

Tobi will always be remembered for her love of animals, kindness to family, friends, coworkers and the way she was able to brighten someone's day. Tobi may no longer be with us, however the love and laughter she shared with us, will remain with us forever.

A celebration of life for Tobi will be scheduled at a later date.
