FOOTHILL RANCH, CALIFORNIA—Veronica F. Eccles died June 19, 2014 suddenly after discovery of

complete liver and kidney failure .Veronica was the beloved wife of Joseph A. Eccles and mother of

son Garrett, and daughter Arlene. Born in Brooklyn, New York Feb. 17,, 1927.

After finishing High School Veronica had several sales positions before starting a more permanent

career. She went to work for A.T. & T. as a Long Distance Operator during WW2. Veronica met her

husband Joseph in Brooklyn, both lived in the same neighborhood. Veronica and Joseph were

married on Sept 25, 1948 in Brooklyn, N.Y. They enjoyed 65 years of marriage until her recent death.

In 1953 Veronica and family moved to Hazlet, N.J. where Veronica started a new career as a

Bank Teller. In 1974 Veronica and family moved to Cupertino, CA. where Veronica continued to

work as a Bank Teller. After 65 years of life with Veronica, Joseph always found her to be sincere,

honest and loyal to friends and family.
