Viola Lucile Keating passed away at the amazing age of 102, on November 13, 2017 in Laguna Hills, California.Known as Lucile to her friends and family, she was born to Florence, "Flossie", and Elmer Ray Neuberton September 26, 1915 in Kansas City Missouri.After graduating High School, she attended secretarial school and then worked for Sinclair Oil Company.She was introduced to her future husband, Donald Ambrose Keating, by mutual friends and they were married on October 23, 1947 and remained married for 54 years until the passing of Donald, "Don."They enjoyed a long life filled with children and pets and eventually grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Lucile enjoyed the home arts of cooking, sewing, knitting, crocheting, and needlepoint.She was a seeker and read many books.She loved pretty things and enjoyed jewelry and collections.
Lucile was preceded in death by her husband, Donald, her son Richard, and her niece Sally Krizman.She is survived by her two children, Russell, and Pamela and her five grandchildren, and three great grandchildren.
