Virginia M. Lee, was born May 7, 1927 in New Jersey and passed peacefully in her sleep on Oct. 13, 2021. She had a twin sister Nancy. Virginia graduated from West Orange High School in NJ. She met her husband of 60 years, Alexander Lee Jr. after he returned from WWII. They lived in Morristown NJ until they moved to California in 1978. Virginia was a loving homemaker who would take on part-time work to have money for her children at Christmas. (Otherwise she pretty much hated working). She loved to travel the world, needlepoint and talk. Virginia was noted to be a rascal and a chili pepper. Giving to charity was one of her favorite things to do. Virginia is survived by her son Gregory A. Lee, Esq., her daughter-in- Honorable Caryl A Lee, her daughter Robin Lee. retired Navy Commander and Nurse Practitioner,her son-in- law Vern Shrader,grandchildren, Andrew and Matthew Colbath and her niece Valerie Erasquin. She will be interred at Riverside National Cemetery with her husband."
