William C. Gormley passed away on April 10, 2014. Bill was born in Malden, MA on September 4, 1947, he was 66.
Bill graduated from Lynnfield High School in 1965 and graduated from Northeastern University with a degree in Business Administration. Bill worked for the FDIC for many years before starting Williams Gregg, a bank consulting firm, with long time friend William Gavin. While living in Bedford, NH, Bill met the love of his life, John Rogers. Bill and John were together for 34 years and were married at their home in Laguna Niguel, CA on July 17, 2013.
Bill is survived by his loving husband, John Rogers of Laguna Niguel, CA; a sister Ann Stack (Don), of Punta Gorda, FL; a brother Paul Gormley (Maureen) of Danvers, MA. Bill was preceded in death by sister, Joan Lawrence and parents Charles and Mary Gormley of Lynnfield, MA. Bill is also survived by countless loving relatives and friends.
A private Celebration of Life will be held for Bill at his California home at a date to be determined.
