Obituary

Winifred "Freddie" or "Frieda" as she was known as to friends and family died Saturday January 16,2021.

She was born on May 25th, 1947 in Liverpool England. Her parents were Thomas Parr and Elise Parr. She has two sisters Joyce Sosebee & Phyllis Baker.

She met her love of her life Donald Peak and married him on August 6,1988. She attended Whittier College and then Western State University College of Law and received her Juris Doctorate in 1982. She was self employed operating MGM Property Management for over 15 years.

Frieda loved to collect Royal Family memorabilia, particularly that of Princess Diana. She also loved to shop jewelry on QVC and Jewelry TV. She also had a great love of music: Anita Baker, Barbara Streisand, Johnny Mathis, The Beatles, Sade and Sergio Mendez to name a few.

Frieda, had an incredibly witty sense of humor and a big personality. She was also very social and had a Big heart. she was a member of the State Bar Association of CA, and POCA (Pantera Owners Club of America). Her favorite charity was St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital.

She is survived by Daughter Erika May. Grandchildren: Morgan Raguse, Brooklyn Raguse and Colton Lane. She leaves behind many beloved friends: Eleanor Naranjo, Pauline Afrasiabi, Jennifer Muratore, Rosy King, Cynthia Schneider, Jennifer Traboulsi, & Gayle Huff to name a few. She has now joined her beloved husband Donald.

Unfortunately, due to Covid, no services will be held at this time.
