Yvette Renee Lane, born November 3, 1982 Middleburgh Heights, Ohio passed away on Monday, December 13, 2021 in Laguna Beach, California.Born to Richard H Lane, Jr and Karen A Lane she had one sibling, Eric Lane and a nephew, Mason Lane.

Yvette graduated with a BS in Psychology from University of Washington, Seattle and a Masters in Psychology from Pepperdine, in Malibu, California.She excelled academically and was often on the Dean's List.She lived and worked in Cleveland, Ohio; Chicago, Illinois, Seattle, Washington and Venice and Laguna Beach, California.

Yvette was an accomplished Dressage competitor and won many Jumping competitions. She was an avid surfer and enjoyed walking her beloved dog, Bodhi, on the beach.Yvette loved hiking, yoga and travel.She traveled extensively throughout Europe and Thailand and enjoyed surfing trips to Hawaii, Costa Rica, Dominican Republic and Puerto Rico.Yvette spent time as an Animal Care volunteer with the Pacific Marine Mammal Center.

Yvette is survived by her father, Richard (Rick) Lane, grandmother, Patricia Lane, brother Eric Lane and nephew, Mason Lane along with numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.She is predeceased by her mother, Karen Lane; paternal grandfather, Richard Lane; maternal grandparents, Helen and Nick Popek; Aunt Nancy Popek and Uncle Jerry Popek.
Visitation and reception will be held Saturday, December 18, 2021 from 12-4pm at McCormick & Sons Mortuary, 25002 Moulton Parkway, Laguna Hills, California.

Burial services will take place in Cleveland, Ohio after the New Year where she will be interred at Riverside Cemetery next to her departed mother.
